then why don't they make their own?

Guys when we banned tat person we shud also banned the ip adress so tat he cant play hack anymore in the server... i know u guys might think tat he can change his ip adress and play again but continuous changing of ip adress will damage the internet connection and causing it to malfunction and in the end the internet will ahve a fatal error :P
